Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
All orders are shipped via Canada Post for both Canada and U.S. orders.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs and any duties will be shown at checkout, so there are no surprises.
- Please note that duties, tariffs, or import taxes are set by your country’s customs and are not charged by our shop.
U.S. Customs & Tariffs
As of August 29, 2025, all shipments to the U.S. may be subject to duties, tariffs, or taxes, regardless of the order value. These charges are set by U.S. Customs, not our shop, and may also cause delays at customs.
Processing and Handling Times
- We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Local Pickup
Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick-up options. All orders must be shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not have any shipping restrictions at this time. We ship to most locations within Canada and the US (excluding P.O. boxes).
Missing or Damaged Packages
In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged or missing, we offer two options:
- Refund: We will issue a full refund for the damaged or missing item(s).
- Replacement: We can ship a new order at no extra cost.
