Cancellation policy

This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can change or cancel them.

Subscriptions

Some products can be bought as a subscription (“Subscribe and save 10%”). You choose a delivery every 2, 3 or 4 months and get 10% off each delivery.

Your subscription continues until you cancel it. We store your payment details securely and charge you for each delivery, at the subscription price plus shipping, when that delivery is processed.

You can change the frequency, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time, and there is no cancellation fee. To make changes, use the link to your order in your order confirmation email. If you cancel before your next delivery is processed, you won’t be charged for it.

Subscription deliveries are covered by our returns policy, the same as any other order.
