What exactly is tallow skincare?
Tallow is gently rendered grass-fed suet, naturally rich in the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. Its structure is similar to your skin's own oils, so it absorbs easily and helps nourish and soften.
Is it right for my skin type?
Tallow is gentle and suits most skin types, including dry and sensitive skin. As with any new product, patch-test first, and results vary from person to person.
Will it feel greasy or smell?
No. A pea-sized amount of our whipped balm absorbs without feeling greasy. Properly rendered tallow has a very mild, butter-like scent; our scented options use a touch of natural essential oils.
What's actually in it?
Just a few clean ingredients: 100% grass-fed, grass-finished tallow from local farmers, plus natural essential oils in our scented products. No synthetic fragrances, fillers, or harsh chemicals.
